I am running Firefox 4.0.1 on Windows Vista 32 bit home basic laptop pc. In the last few days I get an encryption notice and go to security in advanced in tools and load is no longer grayed out so I try to load a security device and when I go to browse I no longer see greprefs and others in Mozilla Firefox

Which software security device did you have loaded?

What kind of error do you get (e.g. attach a screenshot)?

Cor-el, Thank you. I think I had the PKCS#11 Security Device, but I'm not absolutely sure. I also had Firefox 3.6.1.1. when I loaded the last one and have since been updated to 4.o.1. I don't know how to attach a screenshot, and I guess it would be more accurate to say I get a security warning that the information will be sent w/o encryption and could possibly be read by someone....etc.,etc. I have avast antivirus, if that helps at all.
