I have having trouble downloading citrix launch.ica files automatically.

I am using a citrix logon to my work. When trying to logon to citrix applications I get a download prompt with launch.ica icons; however, my file will not open.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you installed the Citrix Web Client plugin?

You can either download it once logged into your work's Citrix Access Gateway or you can download from the Citrix Download page depending on which OS.

I had the same issue until I installed the plugin.

I am using ff 5.1 since 2 days and i use citrix for my work. In this version citrix wil not open automaticly. In earlier versions never a problem.
