I cannot block this site from pop-uping, despite the fact that it's not officialy authorised. I can authorise it, but can't block it! At least, I don't know how to do it. Why is that so hard to protect our privacy and peace of mind? Why is that so all over the net? These days, we would expect it to be easy and available, not the reverse.

See Pop-up blocker settings, exceptions and troubleshooting for troubleshooting information on why pop-ups are not being blocked. Please note that Firefox can not block all pop-ups. A pop-up from Firefox will have the Firefox logo and it will say Mozilla Firefox on top.If you determine the pop-ups are not coming from Firefox:
