Can I set the Local Folders to store message data on my hard drive?

I have received a warning that I'm almost up to capacity on my webhost's email storage. I wondered if I could put my archives on my hard drive by locating them on my hard drive? And how would I do that?

Yes, if you look at 'copies&folders' archiving to local folders is one of the options.
