Buongiorno, nel fare lo spostamento di alcune email in una cartella 2022 le etichette sono diventate grigio trasparente e le email dentro la cartella sono andate "perse". Sapete come risolvere il problema e quindi poter recuperare le email e inserirle nella cartella giusta? Grazie

Anzitutto ti suggerisco di fare un backup del profilo -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/profili-thunderbird#w_effettuare-una-copia-di-sicurezza-del-profilo

Cosa intendi quando dici che "le etichette sono diventate grigio trasparente"? In caso puoi allegare uno screenshot del problema oscurando i dati privati?

Inoltre, i tuoi account sono di tipo IMAP o POP3?
