When I click on www.accuweather.com and POPUPS are BLOCKED, I continue to get a popup page. Please help as I DO NOT want a popup from them.

It would help if you show the issue. I go to the site and get no popups, but let try the site with Firefox in Safe Mode so that my add-ons are not in the way.

Also, provide the steps to replicate your issue. I clicked around and only got this blank page popup. see screenshot
