Enable/Disable extensions based on work/personal time (like focus model on ios)

Is there a way to enable certain extensions such as BlockSite when at work (9-5, lets say)? Or for example -- more specific to my usecase right now -- the Unhook extension should be disabled after work and during weekends? Basically setting extension on/off times based on time of the day -- like iOS allows to set focus modes and then "allowed apps" during these modes.

You can add the Add-ons and Themes button to your toolbar to quickly manage your add-ons. See - Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars

Or, you could set up a different Profile for each activity with distinct add-ons, bookmarks, logins & passwords, etc. See - Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles
