No toolbars, no menu bar, no options in menu

I have no add-ones nor extensions icons, and no menu bar nor toolbars.

When I click on the menu icon (3horizontal lines) there are no options for View, etc. a very short menu.

The Help suggested it was due to being in full-screen mode, but in IOS that’s all we get AFAIK.

I tried the article, thanks for the suggestion, but the menu is much shorter than the one shown in the article.See the screenshot.
