Always show CC row in Compose window

Is there a way to always show the CC row in the Compose window?

When you start a new message, the CC option is to the right of the 'From' field.

I would like to have the 'CC' row and input box always below the 'To' field.

you are referring to beta changes. Good thing you posted a picture or I would have had no idea you were talking about pre release software.

NO you can't move them.

That's a shame.

It would be great to have a setting like... save this layout.
