Adobe Flash player settings pops out blank

I am trying to use my camera and microphone in firefox 55.0.3 (32-bit), however every time that the Flash player prompts the Allow/Denied pop out, this comes blank, not allowing me to do anything.

I have cleared my Cache and cookies, reinstalled flash player with latest updates (26.0.0.151), I have disable all my plugins expect shockwave Flash. I disable my antivirus, no adblockers installed, no do-not-track me software, I even reinstalled Firefox. I have no Idea what else to do for me to use my camera.
