I would like to import my bookmarks from chrome, i searched on the internet, but i dont have customise options in the settings menu...

You seem to have found desktop Firefox directions.

Firefox for Android can only import Chrome bookmarks Android version 5 and older. You can find direction on how to attempt this at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-started-firefox-android#w_import-your-android-bookmarks-and-history

If you don't see the import option then your device runs Android 6 or newer.
