Oh no! Why on Earth would you want to do such a horrible thing! :)

Just to confirm, you want to move your contacts and e-mail messages to the Outlook webmail service? Not Outlook the e-mail program?

Address Book export from Thunderbird: Open the Address Book. Click on "Tools" in the menu, and "Export". It will prompt you to save that address book as a file. Save it somewhere you will be able to find it later. Type in the file name and make sure it is saved as type, "Comma Separated (System Charset) (*.csv).

Then you can import this *.csv file into your contacts on either the Outlook webmail, or the Outlook e-mail program.

As for the e-mail messages, instructions will differ depending on whether it is the Outlook webmail, or the Outlook e-mail program.
