silverlight keeps crashing, what do i do?

Everytime I go on Now TV to watch something i get the error message that Silverlight has crashed and to reload. i dont get the option to send a crash report. I have uninstalled silverlight restarted re installed it and re started I have updated my laptop and i am still getting the error message. I am not tech savy I dont know what else to try (i have also scanned for viruses)
