can't open Mozila Thunderbird.ink at all ,seem to be stuck in the open position and dit not close properly .

press alt + Ctrl + Delete and select to run the task manager. Select the processes tab and locate the Thunderbird process. Close the process.

If shut down issues persist, you might need to consider changing your anti virus as that is a common cause of shut down issues.
