How can I delete ads ?
I installed a program and without my consent ads (like Related Search by Sale Charger) and websites (like play.cool4mob.com) began to appear . How can I fix it?

Hi, this is malware that has installed itself on your computer. Always be very careful to look for pre-checked/pre-ticked boxes when installing anything.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.

I used avast free antivirus and it detected 3 viruses. Avast moved them to quarantine but malware is still working. What can I do next?
