why is firefox sending emails to my contacts from my email address inviting them to learn more about Firefox Hello?

thank you for the clarification over PM. that's exactly the test/email that gets send when you or someone on your pc is creating a firefox hello conversation and clicks on the "email link" button to invite another person to this conversation. this is something that only happens and gets sent out after manual steps by a user, so there shouldn't be a particular reason to be concerned about it.
you can also try it yourself like described in: Firefox Hello - video and voice conversations online

hello clawrence, this will/should only happen if you manually share a call link with one of your contacts per mail...
I haven't ever used or shared anything about Firefox Hello...haven't even looked into what it is for myself yet.
hi again, are you sure that the emails are coming from your account and not through some sort of newsletter that people might have signed up for? - this is really puzzling since there is nothing in the firefox codebase that would do this described behaviour...
It actually came from my email account...I found a copy in my sent folder.
