Hi,

I ordered Intex Cloud FX phone which is the only available Firefox powered smartphone in India. I have inserted an 8GB micro SD card which works perfectly on other phones but not on the Intex Cloud FX phone.

The memory card is not recognized at all. Below are the specifications: Phone: Brand - Intex Model - Cloud FX Made in PRC

Memory Card: Brand - SanDisk Capacity - 4GB Speed Class - 2 Other - High Capacity (HC)

Please suggest a solution.

What file system is the SD card formatted to?
