A picture is worth a thousand words. Here's a picture of a video in fullscreen with firefox. http://i.imgur.com/DfIKMvA.jpg

notice the address bar and tabs still lingering there in fullscreen.

this is chrome and IE 's fullscreen. http://i.imgur.com/XOdvu3H.jpg

There's no tabs or menu bars!

Older versions of firefox used to do this. How do I fix this?
