I can't read my Sky Mail emails evemn though I can sign in o.k. to my email acc.

I've just changed ISP to Sky. I can't read my emails when I sign in to my Sky Mail Account. I can in Internet Explorer. I have access to the mail. When I try to open one up I get a reply box rather than the mail opening to be read. Sky can't help as they don't train their operatives on Firefox.
