In Mozilla Firefox 8 Beta I can't dragging website in Bookmarks Panel, that's under address bar. Will you fix it?

In Mozilla Firefox 8 Beta, when I dragging website, it transformed into "new" window with preview of this website, and it's don't give possibility for adding (dragging) website in, under address bar, Bookmarks Panel, but it was useful function.

Drag the favicon from the URL Bar, not the icon on a Tab.

And this may be did by holding CTRL, then dragging url on BP.

I had these exact symptoms until I disabled torbutton 1.4.5. There will probably be others...
