Hi, I put a common visual background on my menu, tabs, etc and I can not remember how to change that background, any help would be much appreciated, thanks Lew
When I right click the menu bar, I don't see any way to change its backgrouund. Going back to the default would be fine.

Sounds that you installed a Persona.
You can uninstall your current Persona and revert to the Default theme (Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
