How do I remove the new version of babylon? there is no uninstall!

I downloaded an update from cnet and was bundled with a babylon toolbar. It is adware and does not let me remove it. There is no uninstall only disable. When I disable it, it reappears in all my new profiles and it has taken over my search.

Any thoughts? Also, who is the search engine powering this?
