Hi,

My current version of Firefox 5.0 is not compatible with Google toolbar, Adobe Reader, some features of Amazon.com, Facebook and a few other websites.

What is going on with Firefox? I really like Firefox, but can't use it, if it isn't compatible with applications or websites I use.

Thank you for the help.

BJR

Google stopped developing its toolbar for newer versions of Firefox. Have a look at this support question for more details.

I use Adobe Reader very frequently and it works well with Firefox 5. I frequent Amazon.com and order from there with not problems. I do NOT use Facebook.

Google toolbar.....
Google decided that they will no longer produce the Google Toolbar for Firefox beyond Firefox 4. Future versions of Google toolbar will only work with IE7-9. Google Toolbar is not available on any other browser, even Google's own browser.
