using 4.0 and did not download 5.0 but not Avanquest safe search is disabled because it is not compatablle with 5.0. 5.0 somehow is now on my computer but not enabled. How do I turn on safe search

I want to run Avanquest safe search but firfox turned it off . 5.0 is somehow on my computer but disabled. Avanaquest safe search is not compatable with 5.0 but 5.0 is disabled. what do I do. Can I deleted 5.0 as I was happy with 4.0
