I cannot access my email at tiscali.co.uk since updating to Firefox 5
Since updating to FF5,when I login to my email account, instead of telling me how many emails I have and allowing me to access them it says :
'You have undefined new mails in your inbox.' and wont allow me to open them. I have contacted my provider who says it's a problem with Firefox that they can't do anything about, and since I can still access them in Google Chrome and IE, I have to agree. Firefox is my preferred browser so I would really like to sort this out - I had no problems until I upgraded.
I have cleared my cookies and cache, but it made no difference. I hope you can help with this.

See http://www.talktalk.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=185113#post2452787 for one solution (temporary) if you do not want to downgrade your Firefox. It is easy to set this back if you find a better solution, or if TalkTalk fix it.
Or you could always use IE for that site (sorry) - I think it is a failure of the TalkTalk site - there is code checking for FF 3 or 4 which may be the issue as I tinkered with the reported version number in about:config and it failed when I switched back to 5.0. The site is also unusable with Safari, a reasonably popular browser.

hopefully good news talktalk (tiscali) have at last recognised there is a problem with downloading emails via firefox and are supposedly working on finding a solution.so just keep checking.
AS usaul they have fucked up! too many of these top range sites are fuck with brain dead moorons who do not live in the real world..... They are now trying to show how clever they are and fuck the world for the rest of us !

If it ain't broke why try to fix it, the only thing you might do is fuck it completely.
I have now told all my clients not to us mozilla or any firefox products.
