You are using a very old version of Firefox which is probably responsible for generating that message. Please update by clicking Help | Check For Updates.

You also need to update the following: Flash player via http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Adobe Reader via http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO

Java via http://www.java.com/en/

Also check that you haven't enabled SSL 2 and that SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 are selected.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced : Encryption

You can check the ssl and tls prefs on the about:config page.

If any ssl or tls pref is bold (user set) then right-click that pref and choose "Reset" to reset the pref to the default value.

Use the Filter bar at the top with this regular expression:

  • /security.*ssl|security.*tls/
