Is there any way of getting advice off the 'Firefox' creators
I have asked a question on a problem on this forum, but had only one reply from Cor-el who asked be to give a 'screen shoot' of my problem with 'firefox' i did this but alas no more advice.
So if i cant contact 'Firefox' directly or get an answer soon, its IE or Google Chrome for me.
Thank you

Hey andy.g, Cor-el probably knows more about solving Firefox issues than anyone else in the world, he must have missed your question. Can you tell me what it was about or the address?
Btw: The chrome forum is also run by volunteers.
Hi, it looks like this is your previous question: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/794832
Sorry that you haven't received an answer yet - it usually means that no one knows of a solution to the problem. We are reading all of the support questions here, but we get hundreds of questions per day, so we don't manage to immediately solve all of them.
