I've noticed that when one has multiple tabs open the reload button wont work on the 1st one.

However if I right-click the actual tab and reload, that will often work OK.

This issue seems to be intermittent.

I've also noticed that the back button doesn't always work either.. not sure if this is connected to the above.

This issue can be caused by an extension (McAfee SiteAdvisor?) that isn't working properly.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I tried that and it appears that it's not SiteAdvisor that's doing it because I had no trouble here and it still happens elsewhere, only at McAfee's Forums HERE

I'm wondering whether or not it's because everything there is secure (https)?
