My start page is appearing in Turkish and I can't change it to English US

This is the url that my start page defaults to.

I had a virus on Sunday and ever since then my start page is in Turkish. I have set my computer to English and everything else seems OK.

Clear the Google cookies: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

You can also check the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection
