Is the issue with 3.6.4 changing the proxy setting to use the system settings ever going to be addressed?
I use a proxy file to limit access to the Internet for IE. I have it set up so that FF can free roam except for what is blocked on our firewall. Since the 3.6.4 upgrade, I've had to disable my proxy because FF took the system settings and pointed it at my proxy file making it limted to the site my users could get to. I immediately got about 200 calls to my help desk. Now according to the blogs I've read to change it, I would need to manually re-set all the these FF installs . This is not really an acceptable solution for me...I have 400+ workstations. I need a way to change them all back on a grand scale. Is there a GPO Administrative Template avaiable that I could use to control FF's behavior? I saw one for deploying it but now for controlling it. Please help.

You can use a mozilla.cfg file to set the default values of the related prefs or lock them if you do not want users to change them.
See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Locking_preferences
defaultPref(); // set new default value pref(); // set pref, but allow changes lockPref(); // lock pref, disallow changes
