I want to remove Google Toolbar which refuses to operate as I determine i.e. open a new thumnail for each new research

But Complementary modules refuses to open when I hit it ???

FireFox hangs sometimes due to this request ???

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Outils > Modules Complémentaires > Thèmes).

Hi, That 's OK to see plugins, extensions and themes, but I can't see Google Toolbar while it is installed and present on the screen, so I can't use it  ???!!! I don't understand I have uninstalled FireFox 3.6.8, ... Reinstalled it / unintalled Google Toolbar , ... reintalled it ???!!! No wayto get it operationnal See attached document regards HP

You should still be able to disable or uninstall extension in Safe mode in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" even if they are disabled (click the X).
