There is more than one user on the comp but I'm the only 1 who can't acess or load firefox

all the kids have a password and a different desk top but for unknown reason my desktop will not open firefox or any other web / net services but all other kids will when they log on. I can't get emails or anything uless log on to their desktop. now a window comes up asking which program to run it with and gives me a choice of administrator, user, or one childs name then asks for password but nothing works. yet still if I logon on kids desktop things r fine please help.

Let me get this correctly: you can't open Firefox or any other browser in your account? Or is the problem just with Firefox?

thats right can't open any browser in my account but all the kids can in thier accounts on the same computer so please help me

I'm sorry for the delay.

As for your issue, if it spreads across different browsers, it's very unlikely that it's a problem with Firefox specifically, which means this isn't the right place to look for help.

That said, I will advice you check if your Firewall/Antivirus/Security suite is causing this problem. Also, and on a wild guess, you may want to check this page. I'm sorry I can't be of further help.
