Does a link to the sign-in page work any better than the bare domain alone?

If not, hmm, are you running Firefox inside a terminal??
thats so weird, both the link you sent & the appleid.apple.com address now work, super weird, this issue has been happening for me for a long time ill let you know if it pops back up again :)
