This could be a problem in 115 with playing Icecast streams where the stream is closed after playing a possible intro, so you do not hear the program. Firefox 102.13.0 ESR (current ESR) doesn't have this problem, so you can consider to use this version for now for playing this stream. This specific stream works for me in 116.0b6 (current Beta) and 117.0a1 (current Nightly).
