If you prefer to view PDFs in a tab in Firefox, you can choose the "Open in Firefox" action on the Settings page (it might currently be set to "Save file"). This article has the steps: [[View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer]]. On the first problem, are you printing out of Firefox's PDF viewer, or are you printing from a regular web page? Or is the problem when you are requesting the statement as a PDF and the PDF doesn't appear?
