Can I change default display size in built-in PDF Viewer?

I pretty much always want to view PDFs in "75%" or "100%" or "Actual Size" but the default "Automatic Zoom" setting always displays them in such a way which is not preferred by me and I have to change it manually every time I view a PDF. Can I change this setting somewhere?
