Getting small scrollbars left on the screen when browsing.

Specs are Alienware 18 running Windows 10 Enterprise, build 1909. I have updated drivers, my Synaptic settings don't include a virtual scroll option, but my Alienware FX program does, so I turned that off. No help there. I have gone into the registry and changed the Qword settings, my system is 64 bit, and messed with the task manager. Do I need to go back to and make it Dword? Nothing has really helped including using cmd prompt to switch off a setting. Any thoughts from anyone would be much appreciated.
