Hi Balakrishna, it sounds as though Tracking Protection, managed under Firefox's Content Blocking feature, is preventing those scripts from loading. Individual users can manage the level of anti-tracking they prefer. This article has more information on that: Content blocking.

Hi Jscher,

Thanks for the response. But, when a user lands on my web page it will not get tracked unless he goes to settings and unless he do necessary changes . What are the exact steps that I need to track the website if an layman comes to my website. I wanted completely to erase blocking on my website.

Exact resolution steps are highly appreciated.

Hi Balakrishna, why is this tracking so essential??

As long as you rely on injecting scripts from third party servers on widely used lists of trackers, those may be blocked by browser features or by add-ons (such as Blur, Disconnect, Ghostery, and Privacy Badger). You can't stop users from doing that.

I have seen sites where some features are unusable when Google Analytics is blocked, so users have no choice but to allow trackers to access certain content. Obviously I don't recommend that.

The workaround for third party tracking blocking is moving to first party tracking by running scripts from your own server.
