I note that several people are seeing this error. I have tried several addons and they all do it. So are there no addons any more. If so I am going to stop using Firefox, you have broken it and not given users a means to start using it again. Please fix the problem or show us how to get addons.

hi, this is/was caused by an unforeseen technical problem unfortunately (an expired certificate used in the process of verifying addon signatures).

mozilla just released the official update to v66.0.5 which should mitigate this problem. you can manually trigger it by going to the firefox menu ≡ > help > about firefox panel.
