How to migrate info and make a clean install?

As the title says, I want to migrate the most important things such as extensions and extension info. I already have a session manager there so my tabs should be safe I guess.

I want a fresh clean install to be sure that I have all the necessary files and no orphans.

How do you suggest I go about?
