I have, on average, about 10-15 tabs open and pinned in Firefox, at any given time at the office. There are times when I want to prevent people from looking at a tab or several tabs. Is it possible to use a password on a tab(s) to prevent people from seeing what I was looking at?

When you leave your computer, lock the keyboard. The only 'lock' in Firefox is the Master Password.
