Just to make sure - did you :

Press Ctrl + Shift + B , which takes you to the Library Click on 'Import and Backup' At the bottom of that dropdown click on 'Import Data from Another Browser' Click on Microsoft Edge Make sure that Edge is closed Click on 'Next' Select 'Favorites' Click 'Next' Click on 'Finish'
