How do I access my junk mail. I know some have been sent, but I haven't received any since November of last year.

This does not sound like a quesion about Firefox for Enterprise, but I will do my best to help.
it may be the case that you spam filtering is being done by your email service provider. Typically, there will be a folder in your email account online where you can see your "spam" email and manage the settings. You email service provider should be able to help you with this.
