I am trying allow for one site for Shop N Save, when they email ads, to view the content, but I keep getting and Oops, private browsing, won't allow, tried everything to get to work, went in asking it to allow, and ok, and it still won't work. Something's screwed.

Private has restrictions that it can do and if it doesn't allow cookies or tracking then the site will not work properly. Is there a reason why just regular Browsing doesn't work?

Firefox 42+ has a Tracking Protection feature that is enabled by default in Private Browsing mode. Firefox can show a shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar that some content is blocked by Tracking Protection, click the shield icon for more information.

You can disable this feature in "Options/Preferences -> Privacy" or via the about:privatebrowsing page that get when you open a New Private Window.

Sorry, but where are you trying to allow the site? Is this a feature of your ad blocking add-on, or one of Firefox's "Allow" buttons (e.g., pop-up window, Flash player plugin)?
