How can I disable or revert the Ctrl+Shift+E hotkey binding?

In a recent update to Firefox, the Ctrl+Shift+E keybinding was changed to bring up the Developer Tools Console. I think it was 57.0, since it had all the changes to Developer Tools according to the changelog: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/57.0/releasenotes/.

Unfortunately, this is also the same keybinding I use for reblogging posts to my queue in Tumblr. I've been unable to find any solutions for this, as the Keybinder plugin prevents the Console from opening but the reblogging functionality on Tumblr is still disabled (My guess is because Keybinder may kill or prevent the hotkey functionality, rather than removing the underlying hotkey binding). Are there any tools or settings I can modify to change this? I saw mention of the omnji.ja file, but I don't know what program can safely open and modify this file.

Thank you for any help!
