imac firefox crashed, reset then left old data folder, how do I restore it

On Imac running latest ios. Firefox crashed yesterday and gave an error message and reset. It left an old data folder on my imac desktop. I am a wedding photographer and it is critical I recover firefox. I have everything backed up on time machine but it will reset everything.
