Firefox continually crashes upon running. Safe mode also crashes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled latest version. Here is the crash ID bp-41e3df68-781d-4d11-a1f4-9cfa42151031. I am running Windows 7, service pack 1, 64 bit. This started earlier this week. I have disabled AV and tried to run FF again, without success. I checked the Windows event log for any errors, there were none. I ran Sysinternals process monitor and logged FF loading (filter for processes including "fire", I have enclosed that log. Sysinternals does report a number of errors which may or may not be related to the issue - CSV log is available if you would like

(attempted to upload , but could not via "Upload Images").

hi Mikeysrealm, this might be a recent issue for firefox users on dell devices caused by a update to the dell protected workspace software that got preinstalled on their devices this week. in the meantime dell has apparently provided an update that should fix this firefox startup crash. can you try to exit and relauch the dell protected workspace program (though its icon in the windows taskbar) - this should trigger another update, and report back if this worked? thank you!
