I think we need more information about the site to be able to answer that... but I can give you an initial guess. Your Question Details > More System Details does not show that you have the Flash plugin, which is the plugin used most widely on the web. Is it disabled? You can check that on the Add-ons page, either: * Ctrl+Shift+a * "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons In the left column, click Plugins. On the right side, scroll down to the grayed area at the bottom and look for "Shockwave Flash". Can you change it to either "Always Activate" to "Ask to Activate"? if it is too old to activate, or completely missing, you can get the current version on this page: https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html In the first table, look for the row for "plugin-based browsers" and you can use either the EXE or the MSI installer.
