не могу запустить mozilla/ cant run mozilla
При запуске мозиллы появляется такое окно. При этом никакие кнопки там не кликабельны. По закрытии окна ничего не происходит, а процесс firefox.exe просто висит фоном. Переустановка не помогла.
On starting mozilla there appears a strange window. All the buttons on it are not clickable. After closing it nothings happens, although firefox.exe process stays existing at background. Reinstall didn't help.

Thank you for advice, but i've already solved the problem. That window was offering either to start firefox in safe mode or to refresh it. However the buttons were not clickable (and not fully visible). Restarting computer made these buttons on this window clickable and I simply refreshed my firefox.

Does that window have a name or something?
What do the buttons say?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
