I am not sure what or where the google certificate is and how do you disable family settings?

Microsoft Family settings is not allowing the certificate to be read for some reasons... how do I get rid of it?

I would like to assure that there has been a bug filed, I am just following up to see if this is the same issue. Phillipp and jscher thank you for the discovery. (I may be late to the conversation, so apologies for any confusion. I tagged the thread with the bug. )
